The Fixture Issues We Resolve Daily
Hard water scale, worn O-rings, and failing internal cartridges break down even the most expensive shower systems. If you observe any of the following, it is time for a professional assessment.
Surgical Cartridge Replacement
The vast majority of shower leaks and temperature issues sit squarely inside the valve cartridge—the mechanical heart hidden directly behind your shower handle.
We do not recommend tearing open drywall or destroying custom tile as a first resort. Instead, we remove the escutcheon plate and surgically replace the failing internal cartridge. We carry and source genuine OEM parts for all major legacy and modern brands, including Moen, Delta, Kohler, Price Pfister, and Grohe.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will you have to cut into my tile to fix the shower leak?
In most cases, absolutely not. We access the valve cartridge by simply removing the handle and the front trim plate. We only need to cut into the wall if the brass valve body itself is split or if the system is incredibly outdated and parts are entirely discontinued.
Why does my shower have low pressure, but the sink is fine?
If the pressure issue is isolated to a single showerhead, the issue is local. It is typically severe mineral scale blocking the showerhead aerator, or a failing internal pressure-balancing spool in the valve cartridge that has jammed in a restrictive position.
What parts do I need to buy before you arrive?
None. We recommend that you let us source the parts. Shower cartridges are notoriously difficult to identify just by looking at the handle. Bringing the wrong part voids warranties and halts the job. We carry common cartridges on our trucks and can source specific OEM components rapidly.
Can you install an aftermarket fixture I purchased?
Yes. If you have purchased a new trim kit (the handle and showerhead) that correctly matches your existing rough-in valve behind the wall, we are happy to install it for you. We will verify compatibility before we begin.
Ready for a leak-free, high-pressure shower?
Don’t let a dripping faucet damage your walls or spike your water bill.
