What we help with

Sink problems often start small, then creep into cabinets, flooring, and drywall.
  • Leaks under the sink at the drain, tailpiece, or trap
  • Drips at supply lines or shutoff valves inside the cabinet
  • Loose faucet or loose sink mounting
  • Cracked caulk, failed sealant, water pooling at the rim
  • Slow drains, gurgling, recurring clogs in bathroom lines
  • Odors coming from the drain or trap
  • Low water pressure at one sink only
  • Rusted or corroded drain pipes and fittings
  • Overflow issues or water escaping around the drain
  • Pedestal and wall-mount sink stability problems

Sink installation

New sink installs, set level and sealed right

Replacing a bathroom sink, updating a laundry room, or adding a bar/prep sink works best when the basin is mounted correctly, the drain is sealed, and the supply connections are tight. No rocking. No slow drain. No damp cabinet a week later.

Wall-mount and pedestal sinks need solid support and careful alignment so the basin stays stable over time.

Installation can include:

  • Remove and dispose of the old sink (if requested)
  • Install the new sink (drop-in, pedestal, wall-mount, vanity top)
  • Set and seal the basin to prevent water intrusion
  • Install a new drain assembly and pop-up (when applicable)
  • Connect the trap and drain line with proper alignment
  • Reconnect or install the faucet and supply lines
  • Test for leaks, drainage speed, and proper function

Sink repair

Most “sink leaks” come from connections, not the sink itself. We find the source fast and repair what’s actually failing.
Leaks under the sink
  •  Drain flange and seal
     Tailpiece and slip joint washers
     P-trap connections
     Pop-up assembly seals (bathroom sinks)
     Supply lines and shutoff valves
     Faucet base or handle/cartridge leaks
Slow drains and recurring clogs

Hair, soap scum, toothpaste residue, lint, and mineral buildup create a sticky layer that catches debris. We clear the line, confirm flow, and flag venting or drain design issues that cause repeat clogs.

Loose sinks, wobble, and rim leaks

If the sink shifts or sealant fails, water can work its way into vanity bases and flooring. We stabilize mounting where possible and reseal so water stays where it belongs.

Call to schedule

A sink should feel solid, drain fast, and never leave a mystery puddle under the cabinet.
